1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Cernent Hosting (hereinafter "the Service"), you, the user, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
You understand and agree that Cernent Hosting provides game server rental services on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis. The Service includes access to a pre-configured game server instance, a control panel for management, a set amount of server resources (RAM, CPU, Storage), and technical support related to the hosting platform. You also acknowledge that support explicitly does not cover in-game issues, game configuration, or the installation/management of third-party mods and plugins.
Your continued use of the Service signifies your ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future revisions.
2. Description of Service
Cernent Hosting provides game server rental services on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
The service includes access to a pre-configured game server instance, a control panel for management, a set amount of server resources (RAM, CPU, Storage), and technical support related to the hosting platform.
Support does not cover in-game issues, game configuration, or the installation/management of third-party mods and plugins.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Prohibited Activities: Users may not use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, hosting illegal content, phishing, or distributing malware.
Resource Abuse: The use of the service to perform malicious network activity, such as DDoS attacks or port scanning, is strictly forbidden. The running of cryptocurrency mining software or other non-gaming, resource-intensive background processes is also prohibited.
Fair Use: CPU resources are shared in a "fair use" pool. Any user whose server is consistently and negatively impacting the performance of other customers on the same node will be contacted and may be required to upgrade their plan or have their service suspended.
Security: The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their own account password.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payments: All services are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the suspension of the service.
Cancellations: The customer may cancel their service at any time via the billing portal. No further charges will be made, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: A full refund will be offered if the customer cancels their service within 48 hours of the initial purchase. No refunds will be issued after this 48-hour period.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all related services.

5. Uptime and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Cernent Hosting will make a best effort to maintain 99.9% uptime for its hardware and network infrastructure.
This uptime guarantee does not cover downtime caused by:
Scheduled maintenance (which will be announced in advance).
Customer-side errors (e.g., incorrect configuration, broken mods).
DDoS attacks that are outside of our reasonable control.
Failures of the underlying game software itself.
Cernent Hosting will make a best effort to maintain 99.9% uptime for its hardware and network infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability
Cernent Hosting will not be held liable for any data loss. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
In no event shall Cernent Hosting's liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the service in the preceding billing cycle.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
