1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using the services provided by Cernent Hosting ("the Company"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service The Company provides game server rental services on a recurring basis. The service includes access to a pre-configured game server instance, a control panel for management, a set amount of server resources (CPU, RAM, Storage), and technical support related to the hosting platform. Support does not cover in-game issues or the installation and management of third-party modifications unless otherwise specified.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use The Customer is responsible for all actions taken on their server. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal Activities: Using the service for any purpose that violates local or international law.

  • Resource Abuse: Running any software not related to the intended game server, including but not limited to cryptocurrency mining, is forbidden. Processes found using an excessive amount of CPU or network resources may be terminated without warning.

  • Malicious Network Activity: Performing DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any other form of malicious network activity from our services will result in immediate termination.

  • Fair Use: CPU resources are provided under a fair use policy. Any server consistently and negatively impacting the performance of others on the same physical hardware may be suspended or required to upgrade.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payments: All services are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay an invoice by the due date will result in service suspension. Services that remain unpaid for 7 days past the due date will be terminated, and all data will be permanently deleted.

  • Cancellations: The Customer may cancel their service at any time via the billing portal. No further charges will be made, and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy: A full refund will be provided if the Customer cancels their service within 48 hours of the initial purchase transaction. No refunds will be issued after this 48-hour period.

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all services and a ban from using our services in the future.

5. Uptime and Service Level Agreement (SLA) The Company will make a best-effort attempt to maintain 99.9% uptime for its hardware and network infrastructure. This guarantee does not cover downtime caused by scheduled maintenance (which will be announced in advance), customer-caused errors, DDoS attacks against the Customer's service, or failures of the game software itself.

6. Limitation of Liability and Data Loss The Company will not be held liable for any data loss. The Customer is solely responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups of their server files and game data. In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the service in the preceding billing cycle.

7. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
